This day we will honor our namesake's memory by sharing our stories about Bayard Rustin & his good works & great influence on so many different movements, so many different communities, & on so many of us personally.
Please join us in a storytelling circle as we recount remembrances personal & inspirations political, whether you had direct interaction with Bayard or were moved by his words or actions, come take a seat among us & raise your voice in tribute with us!
This event as are most that our Center offers is indeed free of charge but please do consider a generous donation to our Bayard Rustin Center for Social Justice so we can continue as a community activist center, educational enclave, & safe-space for our LGBTQIA kids, intersectional families, & all marginalized people, connecting our disparate communities, both locally & nationally~
