Shannon is an active board member of Emerge America, one of the nation’s leading organizations for recruiting & training women to run for office, as well as the author of "Fight Like a Mother" & her writing has appeared in Vogue, Refinery 29, Time, The Washington Post, The Hill, & many others. She is a mother of five & the NRA's worst nightmare!
